XQ5140 is kind of broadband test light source that designed by OSCOM. The emission theory is ASE and SLED. The light source is integrated with ATC, APC, RS232C technologies, and provided bench or module light source. The representative wavelength is 1060nm、1310nm、1550nm、1250~1650nm、2000nm ect。XQ5120 is stable and reliable, easy to use, it is suitable for optical components testing.
