XQ7180 is used mainly for manufacturing signal pump optical fiber combiners and special cone-shaped fiber rods including higher power 3x1,4x1,(6+1)x1,7x1,etc. Its main feature is lengthening the tapering lead screw movement length (200-500mm),it is designed with unilateral/reverse/same direction tapering mode of fiber holders which can make uniform and accelerated/decelerated movement,equipped with special fiber holders and water-cooled heaters,high-definition measurement CCD microscope,large diameter on-line cleaver and on-line tension testing function,can perfectly achieve the production of a variety of specifications of optical combiners.XQ7180 is stable,reliable,easy to use and can increase or decrease functions according to the customers’needs.
